I was born and brought up in Braishfield and it is fantastic to be able to live and work in the same village.

I get involved in the running of the Pantry, especially with the stock and suppliers, but my passion is baking. I love being able to make so many different cakes, traybakes and quiches that people seem to really enjoy and keep coming back for!
